Production process:

(1) Chemicals: Mix the thickener with white sugar and add it to water, stir for 3 minutes, then hold at 90 ℃ for 10 minutes to keep the chemicals warm.

(2) Cooling: Cool down to below 60 ℃, stir and add juice and sodium citrate to mix evenly.

(3) Acid adjustment: Slowly stir and add citric acid solution, pH 4.1

(2) Homogenization: Homogenize at 60-65 ℃ and 20Mpa pressure.

(3) Sterilization: Heat the material to around 65 ℃, bottle it, and wait for 40 minutes at 85 ℃.

(5) Cooling: Water cool to room temperature.

(6) Storage: Store at room temperature with light.
