Production process

1) Gelatinization: Mix the agar powder into water to disperse it evenly, heat it and boil it to completely melt the agar.

2) Boiling sugar: Add white sugar to the gel and continue heating until the sugar is completely melted.

3) Color mixing: Add food coloring to the melted sugar syrup and stir well.

4) Molding: Pour into the mold, cool at room temperature for two hours, or refrigerate for one hour until solidified.

5) Drying: After shaping the sugar, place it in a cool and ventilated place to dry after demolding. The surface can harden in 2-3 days.

6) Finished product packaging.
